2. Warranty Coverage

Due to the nature of collectible and limited-edition items, OBMENCA provides a limited warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Structural damage not caused during shipping or handling
  • Significant flaws affecting the integrity of the item

This warranty applies for 7 days from the date of delivery.

3. What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor imperfections in packaging
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
  • Accidental damage after delivery
  • Changes in appearance due to environmental exposure (heat, humidity, sunlight)

4. Collectible Nature of Products

All products sold by OBMENCA are collectible items. Variations in finish, packaging, or minor details may occur and are considered part of the product’s uniqueness, not defects.

5. Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos and description of the issue
