2. All Sales Policy

All items sold on OBMENCA are considered final sale, unless otherwise stated.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by the customer
  • Minor variations in packaging or presentation

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will resolve the issue.

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may:

  • Offer a replacement (if available), or
  • Issue a refund

4. Authenticity & Condition

All items are carefully inspected before shipping. As collectible items, slight variations or packaging imperfections may occur and do not qualify as defects.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
